- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently email an print order for 80 b&w copies. The bill was $8.00 for the copies and a $7.00 service charge for opening the email ($2) and sending the file to the printer ($5). That is an 88% up charge. I use to own a UPS store, and raping our customers with service charges was not the standard policy. I wonder what they charge if you call them about shipping...you might need a load to do business with this store.By Margaret Campbell, September 16, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Melissa their store manager lacks the expertise of handling calls and safe guarding packages. Rick the owner, is very irresponsible owner failures to return calls when trouble arises. I refused a package and returned to the store for processing back to shipper. This 81 pound package was lost with no tracking providing or any security. This is a store you should avoid at all cost.
