- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible postal workers who do not know what they are doing in this post office! I manage an apartment complex in Windsor, CA and have had so many issues with mishandled mail and packages delivered to my building that did not belong here. This is an ongoing issue which has lead me to have this post office (and employees) investigated by the inspector general.
